Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic customer inquiries via phone or chat.
  • Update account and billing information accurately.
  • Provide timely assistance and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality while using Jio tools.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • 12th pass candidates can apply.
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

  • Availability for 3–4 hours daily.
