USA Winzons is hiring an experienced and operations-focused Regional Distribution Manager to lead logistics performance across multiple fulfillment centers. This remote leadership role involves coordinating teams, improving delivery performance, and ensuring inventory and shipping processes run smoothly across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regional distribution strategy, operations, and logistics execution
  • Manage remote warehouse teams and transportation vendors
  • Ensure on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory integrity
  • Analyze performance metrics (cost, speed, compliance) and drive improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, customer service, and systems teams
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency at all regional facilities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
  • 4+ years of experience in multi-site distribution or regional logistics leadership
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams and optimize workflows
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and logistics tools
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
