Turning Point USA (TPUSA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on educating students about fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 2,500 college campuses nationwide, TPUSA empowers young leaders to advocate for their values in high schools and colleges. The Faith division works specifically to engage local churches and faith-based communities in these efforts.

Position Overview

As a Regional Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Regional Manager to establish, educate, and strengthen partnerships with churches and faith groups across the region. This role is mission-driven, part-time, and ideal for candidates passionate about civic engagement, faith-based community work, and youth empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute regional events that foster collaboration among partner churches and faith groups.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Regional Manager to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing partnership activities, event outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to align efforts across TPUSA Faith territory.
  • Support various initiatives such as phone banking, local research, tabling at events, or other engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse church groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in community engagement, ministry partnerships, or civic engagement.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work within a flexible schedule.
  • Prior involvement with TPUSA Faith or similar civic/faith-based engagement is preferred.
