Position Overview
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all employees and visitors at the Orlando Operations Center and support daily administrative operations. This role is onsite, Monday–Friday, requiring candidates to be local to the greater Orlando area.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome employees, visitors, and guests, ensuring a positive office experience.
- Manage badge issuance and access for employees, visitors, and guests.
- Distribute and process incoming/outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Assist with office inventory management, including coffee and office supplies.
- Support internal building facility inspections.
- Participate in the safety committee, assisting with fire and emergency evacuation drills.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Education:
- Essential: High School Diploma
- Desirable: College Degree (preferred but not required)
Experience:
- 1–3 years in an office or administrative role.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to lift ~25 lbs.
- Self-starter capable of working independently
- Forward-thinking with multitasking abilities
Language:
- English (essential)
