USA Winzons is hiring a proactive Real-Time Data Analyst to monitor live data streams, detect operational anomalies, and provide immediate insights across our remote hiring and logistics processes. In this fully remote role, you’ll work at the intersection of analytics and operations, delivering fast, accurate data analysis that powers real-time business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze real-time data feeds to identify trends, delays, or issues
- Alert relevant teams on data anomalies or KPI shifts in real time
- Build and maintain live dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and hiring teams to improve response time and data quality
- Assist in building automated monitoring systems and alert logic
- Deliver concise reports and real-time summaries to leadership and support teams
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in real-time data analytics or operations monitoring
- Strong SQL skills and experience with live data platforms (e.g., Kafka, Redshift, BigQuery, Stream Analytics)
- Experience building dashboards and alerts with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions
- Prior experience working remotely or across distributed teams is a plus
