💰 Salary Range: $92,400 – $160,000 per year (+ sign-on bonus, RSUs, full benefits)

🏢 Role Overview

AWS is looking for a Real Estate Development Manager to lead strategic expansion of its data center portfolio. This role combines real estate development, finance, technical infrastructure, and contract negotiation expertise to deliver large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects from concept to construction.

You’ll play a key role in deciding:
• Where AWS builds new data centers
• How infrastructure deals are negotiated
• How projects move from land acquisition to operational facilities

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end real estate development transactions (site selection → construction readiness)
• Perform financial analysis and business case modeling
• Negotiate complex contracts and business agreements
• Manage zoning, entitlements, and site development approvals
• Collaborate with engineering, energy, legal, tax, and construction teams
• Present strategic plans and deal summaries to senior leadership
• Deliver infrastructure projects including power, utilities, and buildings
• Manage multiple high-value negotiations simultaneously

🎓 Basic Qualifications

✅ 5+ years professional experience
✅ Experience influencing organizational leadership decisions
✅ Program or cross-functional project management experience
✅ 5+ years negotiating and executing business agreements
✅ Bachelor’s degree
