Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, interactive, and responsive components.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of front-end architectures and component-based design.
  • Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API integration and asynchronous data handling (Axios/Fetch).
  • Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
  • Understanding of version control systems (Git).
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Good to Have

Experience with design systems or UI libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.).

Exposure to TypeScript and its use with React.

Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization.
