Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior React Developer / Frontend Engineer with strong full-stack exposure to build high-quality, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering pixel-perfect UI implementations, optimizing performance, and balancing customer experience with technical efficiency.

This role requires hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frontend technologies, along with leadership capabilities to guide development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js
  • Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
  • Optimize frontend performance for speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders
  • Implement modern web standards and best practices
  • Manage deployments and version control processes
  • Ensure code quality through testing and reviews
  • Work with relational databases and APIs for data integration

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Strong experience with React.js or similar frontend frameworks
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and Responsive Design
  • Experience with Node.js and full-stack development concepts
  • Familiarity with XML and XSLT technologies
  • Experience building high-performance, scalable web applications
  • Knowledge of deployment tools such as Capistrano or similar
  • Experience with version control platforms like GitHub
  • Experience with frontend performance tools (e.g., PageSpeed optimization)
  • Database experience with Oracle, MySQL, or other relational databases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership or mentoring experience in engineering teams
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
  • Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments
