📝 Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Python Backend Engineer to join our dynamic development team at Enago. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based backend frameworks and experience building robust, scalable, and secure APIs. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design efficient systems and ensure smooth integration across various platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
  • Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Implement data models, caching, and optimization techniques for performance.
  • Integrate with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and third-party APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and ensure application stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and best practices.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer or Python Engineer.
  • Strong command of Python 3+ and backend frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of database design and ORM frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
