Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Python and JavaScript to build, enhance, and maintain scalable backend systems. This role involves close collaboration with data scientists and ML engineers, contributing to AI/ML-powered solutions while ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and services using Python and JavaScript.
  • Build and manage integrations with third-party services to extend application functionality.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to design, integrate, and optimize AI/ML models, including work with PyTorch.
  • Review, refactor, and improve code to ensure high quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while improving system performance and stability.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript in backend development.
  • Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and development best practices.
  • Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
