• Planning and defining the scope of the project
• Developing detailed project plans, including tasks, resources, and timelines
• Managing project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project
• Managing project risks and issues
• Ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget

Qualifications
To be successful in any Project Manager role at GBuilders, you must have:
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
