About the Role

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Senior Analyst to support the sales function by managing and maintaining market databases, tracking leads, and preparing materials for proposals. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the market database; provide updates to leadership.
• Track lead input and ensure accuracy in tracking reports and dashboards.
• Prepare materials for proposal execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams for proposal generation.
• Serve as a local software expert, supporting BDMs, staff, and management.
• Apply standard principles to solve problems and make judgments.
• Lead by example, modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly, exchange information, and confirm understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; up to 3 years of relevant experience. Combination of experience and education considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience in analyzing information and applying standard practices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AirTable experience required.
• Highly organized with an inquisitive mindset.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 annually
• Additional: Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s benefit program.
• Actual compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
