Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, engineering, finance) and external partners (landowners, utilities, local authorities) to drive projects forward.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts such as leases, easements, and purchase agreements with landowners and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with local, state, and federal policies affecting solar energy and distributed generation development.
  • Support the transition of projects from development to construction by ensuring all deliverables are met.

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in solar energy development, with a strong focus on community solar and DG projects.
  • Deep understanding of interconnection processes, permitting regulations, and renewable energy project finance fundamentals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with landowners, utilities, municipalities, and public agencies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management platforms (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Why Join USA WINZONS:
