Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Project Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within our Food & Beverage operations in the Philippines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance to evaluate performance metrics, analyze project outcomes, and help improve efficiency across F&B initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze operational and project-related data from multiple sources (e.g., POS systems, inventory, CRM)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Conduct trend analysis, cost modeling, and performance reviews to inform decision-making
  • Provide actionable insights related to customer behavior, menu performance, inventory levels, and outlet profitability
  • Support project managers with data needs during implementation and post-rollout phases
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection across stores and channels
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, outlining findings and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sectors
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
  • Familiarity with F&B operational data (e.g., sales, foot traffic, food cost, wastage, store performance)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with F&B POS systems or inventory management tools (e.g., Oracle MICROS, Toast, Lightspeed)
  • Exposure to project management tools and agile workflows
  • Understanding of Philippine F&B market trends and local business practices
