Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage international eCommerce projects and act as the link between clients and internal teams. The role involves:
• Handling support tickets and client queries.
• Requirement gathering, analysis, and coordination with developers/testers.
• Conducting online meetings, demos, and training.
• Managing software installation and setup.
• Driving cross-selling / up-selling opportunities.
• Following up with clients for pending payments.
• Maintaining reports, documentation, and project updates.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Excellent oral & written English communication.
• Prior experience in client coordination / SaaS / eCommerce projects.
• Comfortable interacting with clients in US, UK, and Australia over phone, email, Skype/Zoom.
• Knowledge of WDLC & SDLC.
• Skilled in software demos, installation, and training.
• Comfortable with night shifts only (US time zone).
