🎯 Role Overview

As a Program Manager II – Relo Ops Integration (RLOI), you will collaborate with product managers, software developers, program managers, and operations leaders to improve Customer Returns and ReCommerce processes.

You will scope, design, and implement operational capabilities that drive cost efficiencies, compliance, scalability, and superior associate and customer experiences.

This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and process improvement expertise.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

📈 Operational Excellence

  • Design operational capabilities to support evolving business needs
  • Develop and implement processes to reduce costs through performance efficiencies
  • Create scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring compliance and quality

📊 Data & Performance Management

  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to track success metrics
  • Use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with WWR&R teams including:
    • NCRC
    • ReCommerce
    • ROE Programs
    • Tech stakeholders
  • Work with both technical and non-technical teams to drive shared projects
  • Communicate progress and results to senior leadership

🛠 A Day in the Life

Program Managers on the RLOI team focus on:

  • Scoping and implementing new operational capabilities
  • Driving cost-saving process improvements
  • Creating scalable SOPs
  • Delivering field tools and dashboards
  • Supporting pilots and quick-win initiatives
  • Leading cross-functional projects to improve ReLo UTR operations (Crets, AW, Specialty, External Repairs)

The team balances long-term scalable process design with agile experimentation and rapid implementation.

👥 About the Relo Ops Integration Team

The RLOI team drives performance efficiencies across all ReLo UTR operations while maintaining or raising the quality bar.

✅ Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • SQL proficiency
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive business improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

  • 3+ years of end-to-end program delivery experience
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building scalable processes, project plans, and schedules
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across varied organizational levels

💼 Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary Range (Location Dependent):

  • $66,800 – $129,800 USD annually
  • Bellevue, WA: $82,700 – $129,800 USD annually

📈 Additional Compensation:
