Role Overview
You will own strategic and tactical programs across AWS Data Center Operations, driving execution from concept to completion. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence change across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver cross-functional programs with clear objectives and timelines
• Use data analytics and KPIs to drive operational improvements
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate resources across teams to ensure successful execution
• Communicate program status, insights, and recommendations to leadership
• Develop reporting frameworks for milestones and performance tracking
• Bridge gaps in processes, systems, and team collaboration
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years program/project management experience with process improvement initiatives
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), plus SQL, LLMs, or Tableau knowledge
• Experience using metrics and data to drive decisions
• Cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
• End-to-end program delivery experience with leadership reporting
• Stakeholder management expertise
• Process design, scheduling, and project planning experience
