You’ll collaborate with engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations leaders to ensure AWS delivers safe, secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure worldwide.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex cross-functional programs from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, processes, timelines, and KPIs
- Use data analytics to drive operational improvements and achieve business metrics
- Identify business challenges and design innovative, scalable solutions
- Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams
- Communicate program status, risks, and process changes to senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate risks before escalation
- Develop and manage KPI reporting dashboards for program portfolios
- Improve systems, processes, and team dynamics to prevent program bottlenecks
📊 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with SQL, LLMs, and Tableau
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

- 3+ years driving end-to-end program delivery
- Experience presenting results to leadership
- 3+ years of process improvement experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience building scalable processes, schedules, and governance models
