  • Power & cooling infrastructure

You’ll collaborate with engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations leaders to ensure AWS delivers safe, secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure worldwide.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee complex cross-functional programs from concept to completion
  • Develop project plans, processes, timelines, and KPIs
  • Use data analytics to drive operational improvements and achieve business metrics
  • Identify business challenges and design innovative, scalable solutions
  • Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Communicate program status, risks, and process changes to senior leadership
  • Identify and mitigate risks before escalation
  • Develop and manage KPI reporting dashboards for program portfolios
  • Improve systems, processes, and team dynamics to prevent program bottlenecks

📊 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience with SQL, LLMs, and Tableau
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years driving end-to-end program delivery
  • Experience presenting results to leadership
  • 3+ years of process improvement experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Experience building scalable processes, schedules, and governance models
