About the Role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Program Manager, Customer Growth for its Just Walk Out (JWO) as a Service team. In this role, you will design and execute programs that drive customer success, operational excellence, and value creation for Amazon retail customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define processes and infrastructure for post-launch support, and help shape the future of autonomous retail technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive global strategy to serve both the end customer and shopper, ensuring customer-first outcomes.
- Develop and track customer success metrics to evaluate performance and satisfaction.
- Launch and manage customer support infrastructure, including SOPs, platforms, and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for value creation and operational improvements, iterating programs continuously.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve operational challenges and scale best practices.
- Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Shopper (VOS) data to inform cross-functional decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align programs across multiple products and teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven project management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects autonomously while delivering results at scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Track record of driving customer growth through scalable processes and operational programs.
- Experience working in ambiguous, high-pressure, entrepreneurial settings.
