Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings on leading e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for individuals passionate about e-commerce operations, product data accuracy, and online sales growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for uploading product information, maintaining listing quality, and improving product visibility using SEO best practices. Candidates with strong attention to detail and basic knowledge of online marketplaces will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and maintain product listings across Flipkart, Amazon, and other marketplaces
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and bullet points for better ranking and conversions
  • Perform quality checks to ensure listings are accurate and compliant with platform policies
  • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to boost sales and reduce returns
  • Coordinate with content, design, and inventory teams for listing data and updates
  • Handle bulk uploads using templates and resolve listing errors
  • Stay updated with marketplace algorithm changes and guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and bulk uploads
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of product SEO is an added advantage

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in product listing, catalog management, or related e-commerce roles
  • Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience with Amazon or Flipkart listings is a plus

Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule
  • Preferred availability during business hours (10 AM – 6 PM IST)
  • Part-time and full-time options available

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and customer behavior
  • Familiarity with product categories like electronics, fashion, or home essentials
  • Basic knowledge of image editing tools (Canva/Photoshop) is desirable
