Job Summary
The Elite Job is actively seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of online marketplaces, product cataloging, and digital commerce. You will ensure that client products are accurately listed, well-described, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Write clear, compelling, and SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
  • Upload product images, specifications, pricing, and inventory details.
  • Monitor listings for accuracy, compliance, and policy issues.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and inventory teams.
  • Conduct keyword research to improve search visibility and performance.
  • Handle bulk listing uploads using Excel or platform templates.
  • Track product performance and recommend improvements to boost sales.
  • Resolve listing errors and communicate with platform support if required.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with seller platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and search behavior.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable managing SKUs, variations, and product data.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce product listing or catalog management.
  • Experience with bulk listing templates and Excel uploads preferred.
  • Additional marketplace experience (Meesho, Myntra, Snapdeal, etc.) is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule.
  • Minimum 5 hours per day (Monday to Saturday) with availability during business hours for coordination.
