Job Summary
Progressive Technology is partnering with leading private sector banks—HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank—to support their 2025 recruitment drive. We are hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused, and goal-oriented candidates for multiple banking roles across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment services
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or branch interactions
- Process banking documentation including KYC, account opening, and loan files
- Recommend and cross-sell financial products based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Achieve individual and branch-level service or sales targets
- Adhere strictly to RBI regulations and internal compliance policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce / Finance preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English and local/regional languages
- Customer-centric mindset with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced banking environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, banking software)
Experience
- Freshers are welcome – comprehensive training will be provided
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, finance, sales, or customer service is an added advantage
Working Hours
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Sunday off (alternate Saturdays off as per bank policy)
- Some roles may offer hybrid or flexible schedules, depending on the position
