Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the medical technology industry and its regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
Design and develop complex and reliable embedded software solutions for medical devices.
Lead the software architecture and design process, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the embedded software.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster their growth and development.
