Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented POS Specialist to support ZARA’s Brickell location remotely. In this role, you’ll manage and troubleshoot point-of-sale systems, support remote billing operations, and ensure a smooth, secure checkout experience for in-store staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual assistance for POS system operations and troubleshooting
  • Support in-store teams with billing, refunds, and transaction verifications
  • Monitor system performance and ensure real-time POS functionality
  • Maintain digital transaction logs and report technical issues as needed
  • Help train new staff on POS protocols and usage (virtually)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Any degree or certification in business, IT, or related fields
  • Experience or familiarity with retail POS systems
  • Strong communication and tech troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage data securely
  • Open to students, freshers, and experienced professionals
