Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dynamic WordPress websites and web applications.
  • Create custom themes, plugins, and templates as required.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in PHP and JavaScript.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing websites for performance, security, and usability.
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement user-centric features.
  • Ensure compatibility across browsers, devices, and platforms.
  • Keep up-to-date with WordPress best practices, coding standards, and emerging web technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PHP and JavaScript development.
  • Strong experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, hooks, and filters).
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with performance optimization, security hardening, and SEO is a plus.
