💼 Role Overview
Are you hands-on with Asterisk, FreePBX, FreeSWITCH, Vicidial?

If you love scaling telecom systems to the cloud and building hosted telephony applications, this role is for you.
This is a high-responsibility position within the Hosted Telephony Technology Services Team, where you’ll manage telecom software systems, databases, and scalable voice platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, optimize, and maintain telecom infrastructure:
- Asterisk
- FreePBX
- Vicidial
- FreeSWITCH
- Develop IVR applications using:
- Asterisk-Java
- AGI
- Proprietary IVR tools
- Write scalable and maintainable telecom software using:
- PHP (Essential)
- Asterisk scripting
- Java
- Python
- Develop and maintain WebRTC applications
- Manage STUN/TURN servers for real-time communication
- Design telecom solutions for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot SIP sessions, VoIP systems, and IVR flows
- Build and maintain:
- Billing & rating systems
- Web-based configuration panels
- Reporting dashboards
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
🎓 Education
- Diploma / UG:
- B.Tech / B.E. (Computers, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication)
- PG:
- M.Tech (Computers / Electronics / Telecom)
- MCA
- Doctorate: Not Required
👨💻 Experience Required
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- Asterisk (AGI mandatory)
- PHP (Essential)
- WebRTC (Preferred)

- Strong telecom fundamentals
- Hands-on experience in:
- VoIP
- SIP session management
- IVR systems
- Asterisk
- FreePBX
- FreeSWITCH
- Vicidial
- Scripting in PHP & AGI
- Understanding of:
- TCP/IP ports
- Telecom application architecture
- SQL replication
- Database management
