Job Description

Type: Part-Time / Remote
Scope: Web + Mobile App Development with Backend & Integrations

Project Overview

We are seeking a part-time developer to build a platform (web + mobile) and its backend, with strong emphasis on integrations and workflow automation.

The platform includes:

  • Web App: Customer-facing UI + Admin Dashboard
  • Mobile App: iOS/Android (native or cross-platform)
  • Backend: API-driven, secure, and scalable

Technical Scope

Web & Mobile:

  • Build responsive web app (React / Next.js)
  • Develop mobile app (Flutter or React Native)
  • Implement consistent design and smooth UX

Backend:

  • REST API for Users/Roles, Properties/Units, Applications, Viewings, Approvals, Contract Status, Notifications
  • Auth/Security: JWT / OAuth2, RBAC, logging/auditing, rate limiting
  • Database: PostgreSQL (preferred) or MySQL with migrations & backups
  • Deployment: Docker + CI/CD (GitHub Actions) + staging/production environments

Integration Layer:

  • Platform-to-platform integration for digital contract flow
  • Support direct API/webhooks integration if available
  • If APIs unavailable: implement secure handoff flow with full status tracking and future sync

Preferred Skills

  • Backend: Node.js (NestJS / Express), Python (FastAPI / Django), or .NET
  • Web: React / Next.js
  • Mobile: Flutter or React Native
  • Integrations: Webhooks, APIs (WhatsApp Business API is a plus)
  • Strong experience building robust, secure, and maintainable systems
