Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

About the Role

Maryland Primary Care Physicians, the largest physician-owned primary care group in Maryland, is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join their patient services team. This role focuses on scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls in a fast-paced medical environment
• Schedule patient appointments accurately
• Maintain attention to detail and high-quality patient interactions
• Use computer systems efficiently (Epic experience preferred)
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Follow office policies, including required vaccinations (Flu, MMR unless exempt)

Requirements

• Residency in DC, Maryland, or Virginia
• Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience (preferred)
• Previous experience in healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional work ethic
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
