Outbound Logistics Manager (Remote Role)

Job Description

USA Winzons is looking for a detail-oriented and logistics-savvy Outbound Logistics Manager to oversee the outbound flow of goods from our distribution hubs to customers nationwide. This remote role involves managing shipping operations, transportation partners, and fulfillment schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize all outbound shipments and delivery schedules
• Manage relationships with carriers, couriers, and 3PL (third-party logistics) partners
• Ensure accuracy in order processing, packaging, and dispatch workflows
• Monitor performance KPIs (on-time delivery, shipping costs, etc.) and implement improvements
• Resolve shipping issues and ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations
• Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and customer service teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in outbound logistics or shipping coordination
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and shipping software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience leading remote teams or managing logistics virtually is a plus
