About the Role:
As the Oracle Supply Chain Planning – Practice Director, you will lead the planning and execution of Oracle Supply Chain applications, ensuring that our clients benefit from state-of-the-art, optimized supply chain solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business development efforts, and overseeing the delivery of Oracle-based solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Oracle Supply Chain Planning practice, managing a team of consultants, architects, and project managers.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle-based supply chain planning solutions for clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the Oracle Supply Chain Planning practice, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business challenges and supply chain needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions, advising clients on best practices and process optimization.
  • Lead the development of proposals, project scoping, and cost estimations for Oracle Supply Chain Planning engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of Oracle solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracleโ€™s latest offerings and updates, ensuring our practice remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure quality standards are met, and manage risks associated with Oracle Supply Chain Planning projects.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring solutions are aligned with client objectives and add significant value to their operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules, including Oracle Demantra, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and Oracle Purchasing.
  • Proven track record of successful Oracle supply chain implementations and optimizations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire high performance.
  • Experience in business development, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive growth in a consulting environment.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders and clients.
  • Oracle certifications in Supply Chain Planning are highly desirable.
