About the Role:
USA Winzons is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Configurator to join our global ERP team. You’ll play a critical role in configuring and customizing Oracle modules based on client-specific business requirements. This fully remote position requires availability during U.S. business hours and offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade ERP projects across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM)
  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations and solution design
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to deliver custom functionality
  • Manage setups, testing, validation, and documentation for configuration work
  • Perform unit testing and assist with UAT, go-live, and post-deployment support
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide functional/technical support across Oracle modules

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion Cloud or EBS)
  • In-depth knowledge of at least two Oracle modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, PO, FA, HRMS)
  • Familiarity with Oracle configuration tools, lookups, flexfields, workflows, and approval hierarchies
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, or HR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks during U.S. hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (e.g., Financials Cloud, SCM Cloud)
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
  • Knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, or OTBI is a plus
  • Exposure to integrations and reporting is desirable
