USA Winzons is seeking a visionary and experienced Operations Head – Distribution & Logistics to lead the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our national distribution and logistics network. This fully remote executive role involves overseeing end-to-end fulfillment, driving performance across teams and systems, and ensuring our logistics infrastructure scales with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee distribution centers, outbound logistics, and supply chain workflows
• Develop high-impact operational strategies to improve cost, speed, and service
• Manage cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and logistics tech platforms
• Monitor KPIs for performance, accuracy, delivery timelines, and budget targets
• Identify and implement automation, data-driven improvements, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with national logistics standards, safety, and regulatory guidelines

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business
• 6+ years of experience in logistics/distribution leadership, with multi-site oversight
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution skills
• Proficient in WMS, ERP, and transportation management systems
• Ability to lead large teams and optimize logistics remotely at scale
