Uline is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst to join our growing operations team. The successful candidate will analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance across multiple business areas. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to operations and logistics.
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports to track KPIs and business performance.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Support management in strategic planning and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Generate predictive models and conduct statistical analysis to forecast operational needs.
  • Present data insights to stakeholders in a clear, professional format.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
