Job Description

USA Winzons is looking for a sharp and solutions-driven Operational Data Analyst to improve business performance through data across our remote-first platform. In this fully remote role, you’ll collect and analyze operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and deliver insights that boost efficiency, productivity, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational data across hiring, logistics, support, and fulfillment functions
  • Build reports and dashboards that track KPIs such as turnaround time, service accuracy, and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support decision-making with real-time data insights and historical trend analysis
  • Maintain data integrity across platforms and ensure consistency in reporting
  • Assist with automation and workflow optimization based on data findings

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in operational or business analytics roles
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
  • Experience working remotely and handling cross-departmental data is a plus
