Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update information in online databases and tracking tools
- Review and validate digital records for errors or missing data
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Ensure consistency in data formatting and entry standards
- Communicate with remote supervisors and team members as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based tools
- Detail-focused with excellent organizational habits
- Can follow guidelines and meet daily/weekly targets
- Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
