Job Overview

Walmart is hiring Online Order Filling Team Associates to ensure online orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and ready for customer pickup. You will play a key role in providing a seamless shopping experience for customers by handling merchandise with care and making appropriate product substitutions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
  • Ensure accuracy of orders prior to customer pickup.
  • Make appropriate product substitutions when items are unavailable.
  • Communicate with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Additional Compensation:

  • Must be local to Spring Hill, FL.
  • Entry-level position – no prior experience required, but retail experience is a plus.
  • Must meet Walmart’s employment eligibility requirements.
