About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Officer II, Global OverOps Finance and Operations Analyst to join our global operations team. This individual will support financial analysis, operational reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive performance and efficiency across our OverOps function.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, implement financial controls, and improve operational workflows on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for OverOps teams across global regions
  • Monitor and track budgets, variances, and cost-efficiency metrics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into operational KPIs
  • Support the month-end close process with accurate and timely data submissions
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment on key performance goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within operations
  • Assist in audit and compliance reporting related to operational expenditures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operations analytics
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience working in a global/multinational environment is a plus
