Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and clients
  • Act as a liaison between clients, care staff, and management to ensure client needs are met
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and supporting new team members
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure office needs are met
  • Provide administrative support to management and other team members as needed
  • Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and organization

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting or with care coordination is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
