Design and develop efficient and scalable backend systems using Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in accordance with industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Node.js development.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Work closely with front-end developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing systems to enhance performance and user experience.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project goals.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and reliability of developed solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers in the team to foster their technical growth.
Actively participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
