Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled No-Code / Low-Code Developer to take ownership of client project execution, technical leadership, and AI-powered implementations. This is a senior role, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in modern CMS platforms, automation, and no-code/low-code solutions.

🔹 Role Overview

As a Technical Operations Director, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end technical execution for client projects including websites, funnels, automation setups, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical implementations.
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
  • Lead and mentor a development team, review code and architecture, and set best practices.
  • Make technology and architecture decisions, balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, SEO, and strategy to align technical execution with business goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Client Project Execution & Delivery

  • Own complete technical delivery for client projects
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions

Development Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor developers
  • Review code quality, architecture, and implementations
  • Ensure continuous improvement in technical skills and processes

AI, Automation & No-Code / Low-Code Solutions

  • Build and deploy solutions using AI tools, automation platforms, and no-code/low-code frameworks
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and implement practical solutions

CMS & Website Development

  • Lead development across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and other modern CMS
  • Customize themes, plugins, and integrations
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and scalability

Architecture & Technology Decisions

  • Select tools, frameworks, and platforms for projects
  • Ensure security, performance, and engineering best practices
  • Maintain ownership of technical roadmaps

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, ads, SEO, and strategy teams
  • Support technical requirements for various projects and stakeholders

🔹 Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in WordPress, Shopify, modern CMS platforms, website architecture, and performance optimization
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools, automation, workflow platforms, and no-code/low-code systems
  • Ability to build and review complex technical implementations

Experience

  • 5+ years in development roles
  • Prior experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Technical Operations Director
  • Client-facing project experience preferred
