Job Overview

We are looking for a Night Shift Live Monitoring Specialist who is attentive, responsible, and calm under pressure. In this remote role, you will monitor live operations during night hours, respond to alerts, and ensure uninterrupted system performance. This position is ideal for individuals experienced in monitoring, operations, or remote support roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live systems and operations during assigned night shifts
  • Identify, respond to, and escalate alerts or incidents in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed logs of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions
  • Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance tasks
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding operational status

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in live monitoring, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools, dashboards, or related software
  • Reliable availability for consistent night shift work
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Experience

  • Prior experience in live monitoring or operational support is highly preferred
  • Experience working remotely or with distributed teams is an advantage

  • Understanding of monitoring procedures and best practices
  • Basic familiarity with IT systems, networks, or operational workflows
