NetSuite Senior Developer (Remote Opportunity)

A US/Canada based IT MNC is hiring for NetSuite Senior Developer.

Remote Opportunity

Shift Timing: Ends at 12 AM.

We are looking for Senior NetSuite Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the latest NetSuite SaaS version . The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of SuiteScript, integrations, workflows , and extensive experience working with Accounting, Finance, and Inventory modules . This role requires a mix of technical development skills and the ability to partner with finance and operations teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· NetSuite Development & Customization

o Design, develop, and deploy custom scripts (SuiteScript 2.0/2.1: User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelets, RESTlets).

o Automate processes with SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteAnalytics reports.

o Create and maintain saved searches, custom records, dashboards, and SuiteQL queries.

· Accounting & Finance Modules

o Customize and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition (ARM).

o Build automated approval workflows for expenses, purchase orders, and vendor bills.

o Develop advanced reporting and analytics for financial insights.

· Inventory & Operations Modules

o Enhance and maintain Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Warehousing workflows.

o Configure and customize item records, demand planning, and supply chain processes.

o Integrate NetSuite with third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse management systems.

· Integrations & Technical Leadership

o Implement integrations with financial systems, banks, e-commerce, and CRM platforms using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST) and middleware (Celigo, Dell Boomi).

o Manage sandbox refreshes, release testing, and deployments for each new NetSuite SaaS version.

o Lead and mentor junior NetSuite developers/administrators.

o Ensure compliance with accounting standards, data integrity, and security best practices.

· Collaboration & Leadership

o Work with Finance and Operations stakeholders to translate requirements into NetSuite solutions.

o Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 7+ years of NetSuite development experience with proven hands-on expertise.

· Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, ARM).

· Strong knowledge of Inventory/Order Management modules (items, warehousing, supply chain, procurement).

· Advanced SuiteScript (2.x/2.1), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.

· Experience building robust integrations with external systems.

· Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

· Excellent communication and ability to work directly with finance and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer).

· Middleware (Mulesoft, Workato etc.) integration experience.
