Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a kind, patient, and energetic Native English Teacher to teach beginner-level students aged 4 to 12 in a fun, engaging, and structured online environment. Most students are in the early stages of language acquisition, so clarity, repetition, and encouragement are key.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one or small-group online English classes for young learners
  • Focus on vocabulary building, sentence structure, basic grammar, and pronunciation
  • Use visual aids, games, songs, and repetition to make lessons fun and memorable
  • Track student progress and provide simple feedback to parents/guardians
  • Follow provided curriculum or create simple lesson plans aligned with learning goals

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience teaching children (online or classroom)
  • Ability to teach beginner and low-level students (CEFR A0–A1 level)
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and patient teaching style
  • Bachelor’s degree (required); TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred)
  • Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and a good webcam/microphone setup

Preferred:

  • Experience using platforms like Zoom, ClassIn, or similar online teaching tools
  • Passion for early childhood education
  • Background in phonics or ESL/EFL for young learners
