About the Opportunity:
We are currently helping Indian families in the United States hire experienced, responsible, and culturally aligned nannies who are fluent in Hindi and/or regional Indian languages. This opportunity is ideal for candidates in India or currently abroad seeking a stable, long-term position with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance to the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for children (infants to school-age)
- Plan and supervise daily routines, playtime, and learning activities
- Prepare child-friendly Indian meals/snacks (as needed)
- Assist with schoolwork, reading, and light educational games
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for children
- Handle children’s laundry, tidying up play areas, and basic household support
- Accompany children to school, classes, or outings (if required)
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a nanny, babysitter, or daycare worker preferred
- Passion for working with children and strong patience, responsibility, and adaptability
- Fluent in Hindi or any Indian language; basic English communication required
- Willingness to relocate and commit to at least a 1–2 year contract
- Good health and ability to pass a background check and medical exam
- Willingness to adapt to U.S. time zones, customs, and parenting styles
