About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced n8n developer to support us with building and maintaining automation workflows across multiple projects.

This is not a one-off task — we are seeking a long-term collaboration partner who can contribute to various automation initiatives as they arise.

After reviewing references and experience, we will assign the first task.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build automation workflows using n8n
  • Integrate third-party services via REST APIs
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation flows
  • Implement error handling, logging, and performance improvements
  • Work collaboratively to translate business requirements into automated processes

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with n8n
  • Strong software development background
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Ability to handle authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, webhooks, etc.)
  • Structured, reliable working style
  • Based in the European Union (mandatory)
  • Provide references or examples of previous n8n projects

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS integrations (CRM, ERP, marketing tools)
  • Familiarity with webhooks and event-driven systems
  • Experience deploying and managing self-hosted n8n instances
  • Basic DevOps knowledge
