Role Overview
As a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you will:
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Ruby on Rails web applications
- Implement new features, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while following object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
- Utilize Git/source control effectively and integrate Gen-AI tools into workflows
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Strong understanding of Git/source control systems
- Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming
- Ability to write clear technical documentation
- Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and practical applications in development workflows
Preferred Knowledge
- WebRTC experience
- JavaScript frameworks: Stimulus, Hotwire, Importmaps
- Asset optimization techniques
- PostgreSQL (1+ year preferred)
- Exposure to AWS/Kubernetes environments
