Role Overview

As a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you will:

  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Ruby on Rails web applications
  • Implement new features, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while following object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
  • Utilize Git/source control effectively and integrate Gen-AI tools into workflows

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
  • Strong understanding of Git/source control systems
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming
  • Ability to write clear technical documentation
  • Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and practical applications in development workflows

Preferred Knowledge

  • WebRTC experience
  • JavaScript frameworks: Stimulus, Hotwire, Importmaps
  • Asset optimization techniques
  • PostgreSQL (1+ year preferred)
  • Exposure to AWS/Kubernetes environments
