We are looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze trends, build reports, and provide actionable recommendations that drive performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across systems
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
