About the role:

Seeking for a skilled Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineer for a full-time, fully remote position. The ideal candidate will manage and support our Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, strong security, and smooth operations across virtual machines, networking, storage, and databases for both internal systems and client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Azure Infrastructure Management
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines (Windows & Linux).
• Manage storage accounts, managed disks, blob storage, and configure lifecycle policies.
• Set up and maintain Azure Virtual Networks, subnets, NSGs, routing, andpublic/private IP configurations.

Networking & Client Connectivity
• Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site and point-to-site VPNs.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve network connectivity issues and provide technical guidance.

Ensure secure, reliable communication between on-premise and cloud environments.

Database & Backup Management
• Manage and optimise Azure SQL databases, including backup strategies and access control.
• Monitor and maintain Azure Backup for VMs, databases, and storage resources.
• Perform restoration tests and troubleshoot database/storage issues.

Azure Support & Operations
• Monitor cloud workloads using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting systems.
• Provide daily technical support for Azure services and manage incident resolution within SLAs.
• Implement security best practices, RBAC, and cost-optimisation strategies.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to deliver reliable cloud services.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong practical knowledge of Azure IaaS services: VMs, storage, networking, VPNs.
• Experience with Azure SQL or SQL Server on cloud.
• Understanding of backup/restore processes and disaster recovery.
• Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills.
• Familiar with IAM, RBAC, and Azure security best practices.
• Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, etc.) are preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
