KalSoft is looking to hire Microsoft 365 / System & Migration Specialist to join our Infrastructure team.

Experience: 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft 365 / Infrastructure
• Azure Network certification preferred
• Microsoft certification (MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert) preferred
Skills & Experience Required
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Hybrid and Exchange Online migrations
• Strong experience migrating large environments (1,000+ mailboxes preferred)
• Proven experience migrating third-party archive platforms (SourceOne preferred)
• Experience with:
• Exchange Online In-Place Archiving (E3-based)
• Bulk / PST-level ingestion
• Data integrity validation and compliance tagging
• Ability to manage large-scale archive migrations (10–20 TB+) and decommission legacy archive systems
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 connectivity and hybrid environments
• Strong knowledge of:
• Bandwidth assessment
• Mail routing
• DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM)
• Secure hybrid connectivity
• Excellent communication Skills.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Hybrid and Exchange Online migrations.
• Lead large-scale mailbox migrations (1,000+ mailboxes) and ensure minimal disruption to users.
• Manage archive platform migrations, including third-party solutions like SourceOne, ensuring data integrity and compliance tagging.
• Handle Exchange Online In-Place Archiving and bulk/PST-level data ingestion efficiently.
• Oversee large-scale archive migrations (10–20 TB+) and decommission legacy archive systems.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 hybrid environments and connectivity configurations.
• Perform network and infrastructure assessments, including bandwidth evaluation, mail routing, and DNS configurations (MX, SPF, DKIM).
• Ensure secure hybrid connectivity between on-premises systems and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize migration processes.
• Provide guidance and best practices for compliance, security, and performance during and after migrations.
• Maintain documentation and provide training/support to internal teams as needed.
