We are seeking a highly experienced MERN Stack Technical Lead to join our technology division at Deloitte. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will play a critical role in architecting scalable solutions, managing code quality, and driving technical excellence across multiple projects.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.
  • Review code, conduct performance tuning, and ensure best coding practices are followed.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior MERN Stack Developer.
  • Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
