The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will play a critical role in architecting scalable solutions, managing code quality, and driving technical excellence across multiple projects.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.
- Review code, conduct performance tuning, and ensure best coding practices are followed.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions.

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior MERN Stack Developer.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices Architecture.
